Ouffer Is Partnering With Cudo

We are excited to announce that as of the 7th of December 2017, Ouffer will be combining forces and will fall under our sister site Cudo who have been bringing amazing deals to Australia since 2013.

Who is Cudo?

What does this mean for you?

On the 7th of December, your account information (including membership details, purchase history, vouchers, credits and personal info) will be available through Cudo.com.au and will legally fall under the Cudo terms and conditions http://cudo.com.au/info/terms-conditions and privacy policy http://cudo.com.au/info/privacy-policy and will be subject to and disclosed by Cudo in accordance with those policies.

Simply access your new Cudo account using your current Ouffer user name and password.

Until then, it's all business as usual. Once your account has been moved to Cudo, keep an eye out for the Cudo newsletters in your inbox so you can buy all the deals you love - and plenty of new ones too!

Can I use my same username and password on Cudo?

Yes, you'll be able to access your new Cudo account using your current Ouffer username and password.

Will my Ouffer subscriptions be transferred to Cudo?

Yes, all of your current Ouffer subscriptions will automatically be transferred. Look for the new Cudo emails in your inbox after December 7th 2017!

How do I use my unredeemed Ouffer voucher?

Any unredeemed Ouffer vouchers will automatically be transferred to your new Cudo profile, and can be located under 'My Account' -> “My Deals” Each voucher's original expiry date still applies.

Where will my Ouffer credits show up?

Your Ouffer credits will be automatically transferred to your new Cudo profile. You can easily find them under 'My Account” section.

If I require a refund, who will it come from?

Any and all refunds will be handled by Cudo.

Do I need to change my payment details?

No, your current payment details will automatically be transferred to your new Cudo account.
